FAMI Semester
Project Scope
The FAMI workshop is designed to give movement professionals (e.g. pilates instructors, yoga instructors, and personal trainers) access to a med school-like environment. Over the course of four section attendees hear lectures from med school anatomy professors and practicing clinicians. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, a video-based version of the in-person workshop was created. The workshop featured four sections (Back, Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, and Pelvic Floor) and for each section various types of lecture were presented. The entire project contained roughly 30 hours of course time across 15 videos. My work was focused on the video production and the post-production. With such a large volume of content, various presenters and multiple filming dates spread over several months, impeccable organization was paramount for completion of the many elements of this project.
In addition to the video content, I was also responsible for the digital manual that went along with the course – which can be viewed here.
